The stock intake system has various compromises and is unable to take in as much air as possible. The Tsuchinoko air intake system, developed exclusively for the GE Fit RS, reliably takes in fresh air from inside the bumper.
By greatly increasing the capacity of the air cleaner box itself, we have been able to significantly improve power and torque throughout the powerband.
Developed with our Dynapac, our intake improves performance even without ram pressure caused by wind while driving.
It utilizes part of the original air cleaner box, so you can use the original or replacement air cleaner.
In addition, an air intake duct exclusively for the RS bumper is available as an option. By using it in combination, you can prevent hot air from being drawn into the engine compartment, and increase power by introducing ram pressure from the wind when driving.

Tsuchinoko air intake system main body (uses left and right genuine lock clips, equipped with stainless steel Takigen hook with front spring tensioner) Elbow hose (made of silicone, with J'S RACING logo) 50φ metal duct hose for air intake, Tie wrap for fixing duct. Complete set of bolts, lock nuts, and sticker for Tsuchinoko air intake system.
After installation, the duct hose will be fixed inside the bumper. We recommend removing the bumper cover to secure the hose, but for vehicles equipped with the RS genuine bumper, the optional dedicated air intake duct will improve intake efficiency and enhance the looks. For vehicles equipped with our Type S bumper, please use the dedicated air intake duct.
